Stopping Lessons
- If you wish to withdraw or stop lessons, you must let us know in writing via email at support@irvineartandmusic.com. Upon receiving your official written notice, payment for the following two lessons is mandatory. The week of stopping notice does not count.
For example:
- If a student’s registered lesson days are Wednesdays and we receive notice on Tuesday, 01/02/24 - payment is still due for the 01/10/24 and 01/17/24 lessons.
- If the student cannot attend the 01/10/24 and 01/17/24 lessons, we issue Make Up Lesson credits for the student to take within the year.
- Upon receipt of a stopping notice, the student or their legal guardian agrees to promptly sign and return the 'Withdrawal Form' provided by IAM. Failure to do so may result in continued billing for subsequent lessons. The signed form acknowledges the official withdrawal from lessons.
- Tuition payments are non-refundable. In the event a teacher departs from the company, tuition remains non-refundable.
- Disclaimer: In consideration of accepting this lesson registration, you confirm you are taking part in these music lessons entirely at your own risk and that Irvine Art & Music and the teachers and organizers of the music lessons shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including without limitation, damages for intangible losses, arising out of or resulting from your enrollment in the program, participation in this program and attendance at any program event.
- As a company, we are committed to upholding integrity by strictly adhering to our policies. This approach ensures fairness and fosters a supportive environment for everyone, including our teachers, parents, and students. To remain aligned with evolving business needs, we reserve the right to update our policies as necessary.
